Replacement brass end fittings for CA1307B type Ki-Gass pumps (Vintage Supplies re-manufactured part as well as earlier Ki-Gass pumps of the same design, see image). The kit includes two male/male 5/16" UNF threaded unions, two nuts with 5/16" female threads for solder nipples, two solder nipples for 1/8" outer diameter copper pipe. Both unions have a cone for solder nipple connection at one end and at the other end, one union has a square cut socket to receive the base of a spring, the other a bull nose recess to receive a ball. Main body behind mounting flange 128mm long (including nuts and nipples) 26.5mm wide at widest point 12.7mm at narrowest. Please note the engraved disc will be supplied with the pump as a separate part, so that the knob can be painted or powder coated if required, it can then be fitted with a suitable adhesive. --

The kit includes the necessary length of gland seal, 2 balls, 2 shorter springs and 2 longer springs - included to deal with inlet and outlet spring housing design variations (only two are required). Most commonly a short spring is required on the inlet of the pump and a long spring on the outlet.
